Ingredients: 1 Can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk ¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract 2 Cups Heavy Cream (cold) ½ Cup Mini Chocolate Chips (extra for topping if desired)

Directions: |
Directions:1. Pour sweetened condensed milk into a large bowl. 2. Mix cocoa powder and vanilla extract into sweetened condensed milk until combined. 3. Pour the heavy cream into a separate mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. 4. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high speed to whip the cream until it holds stiff peaks (3 minutes – less if you’re using a stand mixer). 5. Scoop one large spoonful of the whipped cream and mix it gently into the sweetened condensed milk mixture. Add the rest of the whipped cream and fold it in until it is smooth and silky. A few small lumps may remain, it’s important not to over mix as that will deflate the mixture. 6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips. 7. Spread into a 9-inch loaf pan. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm (I cover with foil to prevent freezer burn). |
