6 lg. Chicken breast halves, 1/2” thick
2 T. Flour
1 T. Olive oil
3 T. Butter
1 large onion diced
8 oz, can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. Water
1 tsp. Brown mustard
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken breasts with flour. In a large skillet over med-high heat add oil and butter, then chicken and onion, cook until chicken is browned and onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes with their liquid, water, salt, and mustard. Cook over high heat until mixture comes to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Stir in cream and heat through. Serve over rice with steamed vegetable.
