1 package vanilla caramels, unwrapped
¼ cup milk
1 box fudge brownie mix, prepared as directed on package
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grease the bottom only of a 9 x 13 pan. Using a microwave, blend the caramels and milk, stirring often till the mixture is melted and smooth.

Prepare brownies as directed on package. Spread only half of the brownie dough in the prepared pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and nuts over the dough. Drizzle the caramel mixture evenly over the chocolate chips and nuts. (Do not spread.) Dot with the remaining dough on top. (Again, do not spread.)

Bake at 350º for about 35 – 40 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares.
