8-10 corn tortillas
1½-2 lb ground chuck
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 small can or jar taco sauce
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1½ lb grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Grease or use Pam on a 9 x 13 " casserole
Tear tortillas in to small pieces and layer ½ into casserole layer ½ meat mixture and ½ cheese.
Repeat layers
Bake for 35- 40 minutes

i like to boil my hamburger or sausage with a small amount of water just enough to cover the meat It gets more of the fat out and a lot less messier on the cook top stir offen or it will cook solid. It looks un-appetizing but when adding to casseroles you can not tell the difference
