1 lb. sausage
4 C. chicken broth
½ - 1 C. heavy whipping cream
¼ tsp. salt
2-4 potatoes unpeeled
2 C. chopped kale
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage. Add broth. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes or so until potatoes are fork tender. Add salt, kale, pepper flakes, and cream.
