1 C all- purpose flour
½ C sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 egg
1 C milk
⅓ C oil
1 T lemon juice.
1 C blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Topping
¼ C flour
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ C sugar
½ C chopped pecans
2 T butter

Directions:

Preheat oven 350º
Grease or spray with Pam 8 x 8 pan
Combine dry ingredients
Add egg, milk, oil and lemon juice
Mix well & pour into pan
Sprinkle blueberries on top
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over blueberries
Bake for 40 minutes.
