1 C sugar
½ C white corn syrup
⅛ tsp salt
1C raw peanuts
1 tsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, syrup, salt & peanuts in microwave safe 1½ qt. bowl
Microwave for 4 minutes; stir
Place back in microwave for 3-5 minutes until it gets golden brown
Remove from microwave and add butter& vanilla
Microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes
Remove and add 1 tsp baking soda
Stir really fast as the soda will cause it to foam
Remove immediately and pour quickly on a lightly greased cookie sheet
Cool ½-1 hour, then break in pieces
