3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
3 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, egg, milk and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well; set aside.
Combine the brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter in a small bowl and mix well.
Spread the sweet potato mixture into a greased 9x9 in baking dish. Sprinkle the top with the brown sugar mixture.
Bake at 350º for 35 min.
