1½ lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can green chilies
1 can. cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
12 corn tortillas
½ lb. Longhorn cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown mean and onion in a small amount of oil in a skillet. Add chopped chilies, soups and sauce. Cook until well mixed. Place tortillas on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with a layer of meat sauce, alternate layers of tortillas and sauce until complete. End with meat on top. Cover with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
