1 pound of Scallops
1 head of broccoli
2 - 3 cloves of garlic
Several TBs of extra Virgin Olive Oil (EOO)
2 TB of butter
herbs as desired (suggested below)
1 lb of Pasta (GF or otherwise)
cracked black pepper and parmesan for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Boil desired pasta (1 lb), put aside.
Steam Broccoli lightly.
Sauté scallops with some butter and olive oil.
Add the broccoli to the scallops with a little more butter and olive oil and add chopped garlic.

Cook until garlic is a little brown and broccoli is desired softness.
Add fresh chive or oregano if you'd like!
Toss this all over the cooked pasta and top with fresh parmesan and cracked black pepper

Preparation time is 45 minutes. Serves 3-4,

A true Pandemic favorite in my household. We use a GF spaghetti. Lots of parm!!

You could add some salt but I am a light salter, so do what works for you.
