2 lbs. 80/20 ground beef
3/4 cup rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. dried minced onions or 1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp dried parsley
1 10.7 oz. can of Campbell'sŪ Condensed Tomato Soup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg

Sauce
2 10.75 oz. cans of Campbell'sŪ Condensed Tomato Soup
1 can of water
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Using your hands, mix all meatball ingredients until well combined.
2. Shape the meat into balls that are slightly larger than a golf ball.
3. Place meatballs into a 9" x 13" baking pan.
4. In a separate bowl combine all sauce ingredients and whisk until they're fully incorporated.
5. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
6. Cover dish with foil
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 -60 minutes until done
