Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 to 1-1/4 pound hamburger (I use extra lean) Consider 1-1/4 pounds
1 4oz. can mushroom stems & pieces
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small can tomato paste
Powdered oregano to taste (used 1/2 teas)
Garlic Salt or powder to taste (used 1/2 teas)
2-3 Tbls. dried onion flakes (used 2 Tbls)
2-3 Tbls. Parsley flakes (used 2 Tbls)
1 Tbls. Paprika
Salt as preferred (used 1 teas)
1 box Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix (flour and yeast) (Don't let the cinnamon roll on the box cover mislead you. That is the box! There is NO cinnamon in the flour)
1 cup hot water (120-130 F)
2 Tbls Butter or oil
1 Egg for dough
1 to 1-1/2 C Grated cheese (used 1 C but would consider more)
1 Egg for final glaze
Sesame seeds to sprinkle over glaze

I was cautious about over seasoning so used "used" amounts. I now believe I could have been a little more aggressive with the seasoning.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above in frying pan on medium to medium low heat for 10 minutes. Stir periodically to make sure the meat is evenly cooked. After 10 minutes, set aside to cool for another 10 minutes or so and then drain off excess grease.

While doing the above, grate 1 to 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese. Set this aside.

Also, you will need 1 box of Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix. Note mixture order below. While meat is cooking, make the pizza dough recipe on the box with the exception that you mix the yeast and hot water (120-130 F) first, then add the oil, flour and egg. Pre-grease a cookie sheet (one with sides!) either with margarine or Pam spray. Cover dough and rest for 5 minutes. Roll the dough out so that it is longer than wide rectangle. Place the rolled dough into the greased cookie pan and reshape into the rectangle.

Place the meat mixture down the middle 1/3 of rolled out dough. Put the grated cheese over the meat mixture. Be sure to leave about 1 inch of plain dough at each end of the loaf. (see below: Maybe enough dough to pull half way from the end over the top and sides of the loaf). I would try to avoid too much thickness of dough on top however.

Cut plain dough in about ¾ inch slices. Pull the uncovered end pieces up around the meat mixture, followed by criss-crossing from one side to the other until the meat mixture is encased in the dough. I was lost here. Next time I would fold dough from the ends over the top/sides of the meat, meeting in the middle. Also snip the side dough into 3/4 inch wide attached strips cut on a diagonal, pull them to the top of the loaf alternating left/right for a nice finished weaved design.

Take one egg and stir it lightly with a fork in a bowl. Spread the egg over the top & sides of the dough. Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.

Oven should be pre-heated to 350 degrees. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until dough is nicely browned.

HAPPY EATING! It is delicious warm or cold.
