8 Publix cooked chicken tenders
8 slider buns
1 T. hot sauce
2 T. cayenne
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. honey
1/2 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Wrap chicken tenders in aluminum foil. Place in oven to reheat as needed. You can skip this first step if your chicken is hot already.

In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the chicken and the buns. Stir well, then brush this oil mix over the fried chicken pieces.

Serve on slider buns with thick cut pickles.

No kidding! This is so easy and tastes fantastic. I've prepared the chicken and put it in a heating tray for people to make their own sliders at parties.

You can, of course, make your own chicken tenders from boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Make a standard fried chicken dredge but add the hot sauce to the dredge and not in the coating. Comes out good but the Publix tenders are fantastic and makes this a very simple dish to make!
