4-5 skinned, boneless chicken breasts or thighs
seasoned bread crumbs
4 minced garlic cloves
1 can mushrooms or 8-10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
white wine
chicken broth
parsley, thyme, any fresh or dried herbs
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Season breasts or thighs lightly with Salt and pepper or sea salt and roasted garlic grind.
Roll chicken in seasoned bread crumbs.
In saute pan brown chicken in a little oil over medium heat until lightly brown.Transfer to baking dish.
In same pan add mushrooms and garlic, saute until mushrooms are slightly cooked. Add wine and a little chicken broth and herbs of choice.
Cover with foil.
Bake 35-45 minutes.
