9 cups Rice Chex Cereal
6 ounces (1 cup) Semisweet Chocolate Chips
½ Cup Peanut Butter
¼ Cup Butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
1½ cup Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Measure cereal into a large bowl. Set aside. Microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a 1 quart microwavable bowl on High. Stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal in bowl, stirring gently until evenly coated. Pour into large (2 gallon) plastic food storage bag; add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until evenly and well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in an air tight container.

Stove Top Method:
Measure cereal into a large bowl; set aside. Heat chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in a 1 quart saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Continue as directed.
