2 cooked chicken breasts
1/2 c. sauerkraut
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/3 c. finely chopped red bell pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. dijon mustard

Directions:

Shred chicken breasts in large bowl. Mix in all other ingredients, adding mayonnaise as needed.
