2 Tbsp. oil
1 pound chicken breast or thighs, cut into cubes
salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup broccoli florets
8 ounces mushrooms
1 onion cut in cubes
1 zucchini cut in small spears
1 large carrot, sliced
¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp sesame seeds

Heat a large skillet over high heat, then add oil. Season chicken with Salt & pepper and add to skillet, Cook on all sides until chicken is cooked through, about 7 minutes. remove chicken from pan set aside. In same skillet melt butter then add vegetables. Sauté until crisp tender, about 4 minutes. Add chicken back to skillet with the soy sauce and sesame seeds. 302 calories using chicken breast

1 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
½ Tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
½ Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. water
1½ Tbsp. sugar
Hot sauce, such as sriracha, optional
