2 Zucchini
½ cup of flour
2 eggs
½ cup of panko
¼ cup of parmesan cheese
¼ t. paprika
salt and pepper
¼ t. garlic
¼ t. Italian Seasoning
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line pan with foil and spray.
Combine panko, cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, and seasoning. Cut zucchini in strips like fries toss in flour. Dip zucchini in eggs, dredge zucchini in bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. Spray to of zucchini with cooking spray. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, turn over halfway through cooking time.
