⅔ cup Sugar
2 ½ cups flour
2 ½tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ sticks of butter
1 cup raisins or other ingredients
¾ cup buttermilk

Directions:

Sift all dry ingredients together. Add butter and blend into small pieces with pastry blender or food processor. Add milk then raisins or other ingredients
Make into two circles and cut into wedges or drop by spoonfuls. Bake 12 to 15 min at 400º until golden brown enjoy
