3 cups all purpose flour
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
12 ounces beer
½ cup fresh, finely chopped oregano
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add beer and oregano, stirring with a wooden spoon until just well mixed.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
Pour melted butter on top and bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes.
Let cool in pan, then turn on to rack to cool and let the butter re-absorb prior to serving.
