Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Depends on how many steaks you’re gonna make, if it’s just one or two use 1-2 teaspoon, if it’s more use tablespoons.
Equal parts
Course Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Rosemary (if dried crumble it up in your hands prior, releases flavor)
1/2 dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle it one one side and then drizzle the olive oil on it and pat it all down into the steak.

I like to wait ten minutes before I flip it over and do the other side. Keeps the seasoning on the steak.

If you are patient enough, you can add the salt to both sides in the morning and wait on the rest of the ingredients until about an hour before. If you do this it’s called dry brining and will totally enhance the quality and flavor of the meat.

Always take the steak out of fridge an hour before, get to room temp, makes for an even cook. Meat less tough

Grilling technique also goes along way, if using a gas grill I’d get two burners hot, sear each side of the steak (depends on how thick the steaks are) and then move it over to the side with no burners on, probably another 10-20 min.

Get a meat thermometer and take it off and 130-135 and let it rest for ten minutes.

Keep in mind while you rest it the temp will climb a bit.

135 is medium rare.
