2 cans chicken broth
Sesame seed oil
White cooking wine
Soy Sauce
Garlic salt
Salt & Pepper to taste
Corn Starch
Cashew nuts
Green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to a boil.
Add the sesame oil, white wine & soy Sauce in 2 T. at a time until you reach desired taste.
Sprinkle in garlic salt, salt & pepper
Mix corn starch & water and thicken
Pour over fried chicken chunks & top with cashew nuts & green onions

This recipe was given to me by one of the owners of a Chinese Restaurant we had in Columbus. It was very good but a little guess work needed.
