1 Banana
1 c. Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Yogurt (add 1 tsp sugar if plain yogurt)
2-2 1/2 Cup oil for deep frying
Powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oil in skillet for deep frying
Mash 1 banana with a fork
Mix flour, soda, yogurt, vanilla in a bowl
Add mashed up banana to the mixture

Drop heaping spoon full of mix into heated oil until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from oil and sprinkle with powder sugar
