2c raw Carrots
2 eggs
3c all purpose flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1 best cream cheese frosting
1/2 c brown sugar
2 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1c granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp vanilla
1c butter
1c pecans if desired
Directions:

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Beat eggs and vanilla
Mix cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt to the flower
Add the grated carrots
Roll into balls and put on cookie sheet
Bake for 13 to15 minutes at 375
