1 tsp summer savory
2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 cup margarine
4 onions

Directions:
The night before, cup up bread into a very large bowl. Add all spices and mix well. Cover with a tea towel and let sit overnight. Boil potatoes and then mash. They can be cooked with or without the skins. In large skillet, melt butter and add chopped onions. Season with salt and pepper. When translucent, add mashed potatoes and stir until well mixed. Add to bread and mix well with spoon and/or hands. Using a potato scoop, place scoops onto a lines baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. If tops are too light, broil for several minutes at 350ºF. Cool and freeze.
Note: This is half the recipe used at the restaurant.
