1- 3 lb. beef chuck roast
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1- 10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 T. steak sauce
1- envelope onion soup mix
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place roast in center of a sheet of aluminum foil; 2 1/2 feet in length and 1 1/2 feet wide. Combine remaining ingredients; spread on meat. Fold foil over meat and seal edges securely. Place on the baking sheet. Bake for 3 1/2 hours or until tender. Open foil and spoon gravy over roast. Delicious! Yield 6-8 servings.
