1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Salt and pepper
4 or 3 oz. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 egg
Parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat, drain; add to a big pot with the tomato paste, and add 3 cans of water. Add parsley flakes, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for an hour. Cook noodles. Cook for about 12 minutes. Layer with sauce on the bottom of the pan. Put noodles down, cheese layer, more sauce on top, then noodles and repeat. Make 3 layers, ending with noodles and the rest of the sauce on top. Bake 30 minutes at 325º.
