6-8 Chicken Breasts
1 Stick of Butter
1 1/2 cup Water
3 teaspoon Chicken Flavor- Better than Bouillon
Onions
Mushrooms
2 tablespoon Flour
1 cup Sour Cream

Nokedli
3 cups flour
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
3 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Set oven at 400 degrees

6-8 or more pieces of chicken in roasting pan-I just use breasts, but whatever you choose, sprinkle both sides with garlic salt and paprika

In a bowl whisk up:
1 stick butter, melt in microwave
1 1/2 cups water with 3 teaspoon chicken flavor-Better than Bouillon
onions-chopped small-did flakes today and was fine
mushrooms-chopped small

Pour mixture over the chicken and bake for an hour
After about 20-30 minutes pour a large can of crushed tomatoes into the roasting pan-stir lightly but can just sit on top

Take the chicken out and add 2 tablespoons flour and 1 cup sour cream or to taste.
