1 sm. to med. head of lettuce --shredded
1 sm. to med. red onion
1 100z. pkg. frozen English peas
1 1/4 CUP mayonnaise
1 to 2 T. sugar
4 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
Parmesan Cheese and/or Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 13x9 glass dish or Tupperware container, layer ingredients.
1. Shredded lettuce. 2. Chopped red onion. 3. Frozen English Peas.
Mix mayonnaise and sugar together. Spread over salad covering completely.
Top with Parmesan Cheese and/or Cheddar Cheese. Add crumbled bacon. Cover and seal. Refrigerate overnight.
