1 sm. to med. head of lettuce--shredded
1 can LeSueur English Peas drained
1 bell pepper diced (optional)
3 or 4 carrots--shredded
Hellman's Mayonnaise
4 or 5 green onions--diced
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lettuce, green onions, and bell pepper. Put in a Tupperware container or a casserole dish. Add the following ingredients by layers; shredded carrots---English peas--- mayonnaise. Sprinkle with a layer of Parmesan cheese. Seal dish and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
