Ideal for Leftover Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp salt
4oz cold unsalted butter
2/3 cup finely chopped unsalted walnuts
8oz cream cheese, softened
1/4-1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 cup cranberry sauce

Directions:

Pre-heat over to 350 degrees F
Butter a 9-inch square baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar and salt.
Cut cold stick of butter into the streusel until crumbled and not flour remains.
Stir in chopped walnuts.
Press 2 cups of streusel into bottom of greased baking pan to make the crust.
In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese and 1/4 cup granulated sugar until smooth using a hand mixer.
Add egg, vanilla and orange zest to cream cheese mixture and combine.
Pour over crust and top with your cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle remaining streusel mixture over cranberry sauce topping.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes
Allow to cool completely before cutting.
