1 (5-8oz) package of egg noodles
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 (12-16 oz) can pizza sauce
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz) pkg mozzarella cheese
1 (3.5 oz) pkg sliced pepperoni

Directions:

Cook noodles according to package direction; drain and place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. In a skillet, combine ground beef, onion, and bell pepper; cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain well. Stir in pizza sauce and soup. Pour meat mixture over noodles. Top with mozzarella cheese. Arrange pepperoni slices over casserole. Bake uncovered at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
This is a recipe that I got from my dear sister, Betty Hanks Lasseter. She was such a great cook and I always enjoyed everything she fixed. When she started making this pizza casserole and sharing it with us, it became a favorite of mine. Thanks Sister Betty!
