8 oz Linguine Pasta
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
6 tablespoons Butter, divided
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 cup Sliced Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1 1/4 lb Large Shrimp
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
4 cups Baby Spinach
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan
2 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, cook the pasta in boiling water according to package. Drain and set aside. In large pan, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic, red pepper flakes, sun-dried tomatoes and cook 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the shrimp and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the shrimp starts to turn pink. Add Italian seasoning and spinach and cook until wilted. Add the pasta to the pan with the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter, Parmesan, and parsley. Stir until mixed and butter is melted. Add the lemon juice before serving and serve while hot.
