Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 ½ pound of sirloin steak
¼ cup of oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 chopped onions
3 green peppers, chopped
¼ cup of soy sauce
½ tsp. sugar
1 can Beef Bouillon
2 T. cornstarch
¼ cup of cold water
6 green onions, chopped
1 jar of pimento
rice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, add steak, and brown lightly for two minutes. Remove meat. Saute green peppers and onions. Return meat to skillet. Add bouillon and simmer for 20 minutes. Mix cornstarch, cold water, soy sauce. Add to mixture. Add pimento and green onions. Simmer for ten minutes. Serve over rice! ENJOY!
