Ingredients:  
1 ½ lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic chopped
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 10 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
1 can Chinese noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion and garlic in oil. Add celery, soup, vegetables
Stir in rice and seasoning
Grease 2 ½ quart casserole dish, add ingredients and cover
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove cover and top with noodles.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
