4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp shortening
25 large marshmallows, cut into quarters
1 egg
1 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler, melt chocolate and butter. Cool. In large bowl, beat egg, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in marshmallows until completely covered. Then add chocolate and mix completely. Pour mixture onto coconut covered sheet of waxed paper and roll into a log making sure to completely cover with coconut. Then cover with foil and chill until ready to cut into slices.
