Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 cup Engevita flake yeast (or any nutritional yeast flakes)
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup tamari soy sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 cup sunflower oil or grapeseed oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blend ingredients in a blender except oil.
Add, while blending, in a SLOW drizzle: 1 cup neutral-tasting oil (I'm currently using avocado oil)
This keeps well in the fridge for about 2 weeks.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a very nutritional recipe that is delicious on salads, yams, fish, cauliflower in place of cheese sauce. You could sweeten with a little maple syrup or honey for a nice fruit salad or use on grilled salmon.
