2 c quick or old fashioned oats
1 3/4 c all purpose flour, divided
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 c butter, melted
1 c butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush pan with canola oil. Combine oats, 1 1/2 c flour, brown sugar, and baking soda in classic batter bowl. Add melted butter, until crumbly. Reserve one cup of crumble mix. Press remaining mixture in the bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Combine caramel topping and remaining 1/4 cup of flour and small batter bowl. whisk until smooth using stainless whisk. Drizzle over crust, carefully spreading to the edges using large spreader.

Combined pecans and reserve crumble mixture and easy read measuring cup. Sprinkle crumble mix and chocolate morsels Evenly over caramel mixture. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Remove two cooling rack, completely let cool and then cut into bars evenly over caramel mixture.
