3/4 cup sharp white cheddar cheese shredded, 4 oz soft cream cheese, 1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream, 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup bottled roasted red peppers. 3 tsp hot sauce, 2 tsp salt 2 strips sliced bacon diced 1/2 cup scallions.

Blend Cheddar and cream cheese, yogurt mayo, red peppers, and hot sauce in a food processor.season with salt. Saute bacon until crisp, drain fat stir into mixture. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Serve with sliced cukes, breadsticks, etc. garnish with scallions
