1 bunch of green onions, 1-inch chunk of ginger 2 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp chili powder 2 6oz. containers of blueberries 1/2 cup mustard 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/8 tsp allspice 1 tbsp molasses 1/2 tbsp salt

Slice green onions, peel, and chop the ginger. Melt butter in a med saucepan add ginger and chili powder cook for 5 min. Add all the rest to the pan and cook 15-20 min.stirring well. Let cool then puree in a blender . Can keep in refridgerator for a couple weeks.
