Chicken Spaghetti Casserole


4 Chicken Breast (bone in)
3 medium Bell Pepper cut into 1/2 inch pieces
4-5 ribs Celery diced
1 medium Onion diced
2 Tbs Parsley
1 large can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 15oz can Tomato Sauce (or more to taste)
2 8oz bags Mozzarella Cheese
1lb Spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:

Boil chicken Remove from bone and chop up (reserve water)
Cook spaghetti in reserved water (drain)
Saute vegetables till tender

Mix all together. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
I also like to add some oregano

Pour into 9x13 pan. Cover with Mozzarella Cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven till cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve with a green salad and garlic bread.
