Ingredients:  
1- 8 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1- 8 oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1- 16 oz can of refried beans
2 pouncs of hamburger
1 medium onion
1- 8 oz jar of salsa
1 - 8 oz can of taco sauce
1 cup milk 1 package of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package of Nacho cheese Doritos

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º, F. Brown hamburger, season to taste. Drain hamburger. In a large skillet combine soups, beans, salsa, sauce, milk and heat. Add hamburger and mix well. Pour into 11x13 casserole pan, lined with crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos Chips. Top with onions, cheese, and rest of chips. Bake at 350º for approximately 25-30 minutes. ( Until cheese melts & mixture is bubbling) Watch closely as chips can scorch. As an alternative, may add chips just before 5 minutes removing from oven. Serve with favorite Mexican toppings. ( sour cream, salsa or guacamole)
