1/2 cup Arrowhead Mills Oat Flour
1/2 cup Arrowhead Mills Rice Flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey (or agave)
1/8 teaspoon almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well to form a smooth dough
Flatten dough on an un-oiled baking sheet into a rounded form about 1/4 inch thick.
Score the dough into wedges.
Bake at 375º F, for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
