2lbs chicken breast
2 cups chicken broth
8oz cream of chicken soup
8oz sour cream
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
2 sleeves ritz crackers
1 stick salted butter
13x9” casserole dish

Directions:
Directions:
Cover chicken with water then Boil for 45minutes-1hour.
Preheat Oven 350°
Shred cooked chicken, set aside
Take chicken broth and mix with: soup, sour cream, and rice
Melt butter
Crush crackers and mix with butter with fork
Spray 13x9” dish with olive oil/pam
Use 1/2 of buttered crackers to line dish
Spread shredded chicken on top of crackers
Pour soup/rice mix over chicken
Sprinkle remaining crackers on top
Cook uncovered 1 hr.

My Mom has been making this dish for probably 30 years. It’s a warm dish that always reminds me of home. It is an easy meal that all your company is sure to love! Serve with green beans, your favorite buttered bread and good ol’ fashion sweet tea! Enjoy and God bless!
