Whole chicken or Chicken breasts
12 oranges
4 lemons
1 small can of Jalapeņos
2 teaspoons of Oregano
1 tablespoon of Bouillon (Knorr or the natural one)
3 cloves of Garlic
Salt
oil
green olives

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken in a pan with little bit of oil with 3 minced cloves of garlic, Bouillon, and a little bit of salt. Cook well done
2. Squeeze the 12 oranges, & 4 lemons
3. Mix the oranges, lemons, and all the Jalapeņo juice (from the small can of Jalapeņos) together in a cup or dish.
4.Slice how ever many Jalapeņos and carrots you want and add them in there (Optional).
5.Now that the chicken is well cooked, add the oregano on the chicken.
6. Also add the juice mix to the chicken(Oranges, lemons, jalapeņo juice mix), and olives; bring it to a boil. As soon it it comes to a boil, turn it off, and let it sit for about 5mins.
7.Serve over white rice and enjoy! I normally soak all the rice with the juice.
