1 c. evaporated milk
2 T. butter
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
1c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients in a saucepan. (A double boiler can also be used.) Cook this, stirring constantly over medium heat, until thick. Remove it from the heat and add the vanilla, coconut, and pecans. Beat this together and cool some. Frost the cake while warm.
