1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup ketchup
2 T chopped onion
1 T prepared mustard
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb lean ground beef
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Press into an ungreases 8-in square baking pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; bake 10-15 mins longer or until meat is no longer pink.
Drain; let stand 10 mins before cutting
