⅔ C butter, softened
2 C sugar
4 eggs
2 T grated lime zest
2 T Key Lime juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 C all-purpose flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 C whole milk
1 C chopped walnuts

Glaze
⅔ C confectioners' sugar
1-2 T Key lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in lime zest, juice and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Fold in walnuts.
Transfer to two greased 9x5" loaf pans. Bake 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
Combine confectioners' sugar and enough lime juice to achieve desired consistency: drizzle over warm bread. Cool completely.
