4 lbs. chili meat [lean ground chuck]
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin seed
8 tsp. chili powder [or more to taste]
2 [16 oz.] cans tomatoes
salt to taste
4 cases [24 pack] cold beer
2 grown armadillos

Directions:
Directions:
Place meat, onion, garlic in a large skillet and sear until brown.
Add the rest of the ingredients. [except for the beer and armadillos]
Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and simmer at least 2 hours.
Let chili cool for 30 minutes.
Feed chili to armadillos.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the beer with close friends.
