2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Vegetables - Diced small (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, bell peppers, jicama, green
beans, radishes, green onions or any vegetables you can dice up. Juicy ones like
tomatoes and cucumbers do not work well)
2 blocks cream cheese
2 c mayonnaise
¾ c milk
2 packets Ranch dressing mix
Finely shredded cheese (such as Lucerne Mexican blend)
Chopped black olives (and green olives if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Unroll cans of rolls and press into cookie sheet(s) to remove perforations and breaks in the dough. Bake just until brown and cool.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix and milk. Add ingredients as needed to make a spreadable consistency. Spread approximately ½ - ¾ inch deep layer of cream cheese mixture onto baked crust/roll.
Press diced vegetables, cheese and olives into cream cheese mixture.
Cut into bars, or whatever shape you desire, and eat! Dip in ranch dressing if desired.
